A conference need not be situated in the heart of the city. Getting away from the urban chaos can be a pleasant way to get one's mind in top form. The Historic Pig and Whistle Inn can provide this settler town environment while still only being a few minutes from both Grahamstown and Port Alfred, and under two hour's drive from both Port Elizabeth and East London.

The Historic Pig and Whistle boasts a conference room that can comfortably seat 25 guests and is equipped with a projector. The hotel can provide accommodation for 20 people and packages including accommodation and meals can be arranged for conferences.

As a wedding venue, the Historic Pig and Whistle has the benefit of being unique and interesting. With so many wedding venues all over the country, the Historic Pig and Whistle strives to provide a personal and authentic experience for the couple and their guests. The Hotel can sleep 20 Guests, and has a dedicated honeymoon suite, and we can cater for up to 80 guests for a sit-down meal.
